Hereby the key innovations coming with the machine.
Lower presser. Device that can be activated from the panel that allows to count even highly deformed sheets, in particular sheets with a curved edge downwards and / or reams with the edge not resting on the table.
Upper presser. Device that can be activated from the panel that allows to count even highly deformed sheets, in particular reams not resting on the table.
Adjustable clamp. Adjustable clamp according to the sheets size
External knock-ups. External knock-ups that facilitate the manual equalization of the stack before and after counting.
Lateral extension. Lateral extension of the table both to the right and to the left.
New generation Stabilizer. New generation Stabilizer with 4 blades even more effective with deformed sheets and applicable also to medium thickness paper boards.
Dedicated pulse card. Pulse card dedicated to PLC independent microprocessor counting even more precise at high speeds.
New tab insertion system. Tape feeding with opening door system for easier insertion of the tape when replacing the reel and adjustable deflector for optimal insertion of the tab even with very deformed reams.
Updated software. Updated software with many improvements both for use and for diagnostics

Since the first version of ADR 32 technology, our Research and Development department has carried out a series of updates that contribute to the improvement of operations with the system in general. Here below a breif summary of the innovations that have been introduced.
-New generation "Stabilizer" with 4 blades even more effective with deformed sheets and applicable also to medium-thickness boards
-Tab inserter with opening door system for easier feeding of the tape when replacing the reel and adjustable deflector for optimal insertion of tabs even with very deformed reams.
- Sheet curvature correction device. This accessory allows to count boards with downwards bent corners and / or sheets not resting on the table. It can be mounted in a few seconds on the edge of the table.
-Software updated with numerous improvements both for operation and for diagnostics
-"Resizer" renewed. This useful accessory has been completely redesigned and allows to count small size sheets in a simpler and more efficient way.
-More robust and accurate fiber optic level system.

B.MATIC is honored to receive a new order by the Italian State Printer for a supply of a sheets counting line for security sheets further to being awarded a public tender. The sheets counting line is meant for IPZS plant in Foggia for counting plastic sheets and includes a security sheets counter "PROTEC ADR 32 TH L" (twin heads) and an industrial jogger.
